These Terms & Policies apply to all clients of NG Limitless Beauty Club, including clients paying regular treatment prices and LIMITLESS Membership members.
1. Appointments & Availability
All treatments are provided by appointment and subject to availability.
An appointment time is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by NG Limitless Beauty Club.
2. Treatment Selection & Professional Assessment
All treatments are provided based on a professional assessment of the client’s needs and skin condition.
NG Limitless Beauty Club reserves the right to decline, modify, postpone, or recommend an alternative treatment if the selected treatment is not appropriate, safe, or professionally recommended.
Treatment frequency and intervals may be adjusted according to professional recommendations.
3. Treatment Duration & Protocol
Treatment duration may vary depending on the specific treatment and professional protocol.
Each treatment must be performed according to the appropriate professional protocol and cannot be combined with other treatments simply to increase the number of services performed during one visit.
Where two or more treatments can be safely and appropriately combined, the specialist will determine the appropriate treatment plan and appointment duration.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with the studio’s current policy.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their treatment, including allergies, medications, medical or skin conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures, and other factors that may affect treatment safety or eligibility.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and eligibility.
6. Treatment Results
Treatment results may vary from person to person.
No specific cosmetic or aesthetic result is guaranteed.
Treatment recommendations and expected results are determined based on the individual client’s needs and skin condition.
7. Pricing & Payment
Regular treatment prices apply to clients who are not using Membership benefits or a special promotion.
Payment is due in accordance with the studio’s current payment policy.
Prices and available treatments may change from time to time.
8. LIMITLESS Membership
LIMITLESS Membership is a separate program with its own terms, pricing, and benefits.
The Membership fee is $150 per month, and eligible treatments for active members are available for $60 per treatment.
The Membership is valid for one month, beginning on the date of the member’s first visit under the Membership.
Members may visit the club an unlimited number of times during the active Membership period, subject to availability and professional recommendations.
Each member may have only one upcoming appointment booked at a time. After completing the current visit, the member may book the next appointment.
The Membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
The Membership does not guarantee a specific date, time, number, or volume of treatments.
9. Refunds
Treatment payments and Membership fees are subject to the applicable refund policy and applicable law.
The Membership fee is non-refundable once activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or provided for under the agreement.
10. Changes to Services & Policies
NG Limitless Beauty Club reserves the right to update its services, pricing, Membership benefits, and policies when reasonably necessary.
Members will be notified of material changes affecting an active Membership in accordance with applicable requirements.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or paying for a treatment or purchasing a LIMITLESS Membership, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
